• To ensure in time cleaning, sanitation, GMP, GLP, SPC and glass fragment procedure as per requirement for water treatment, syrup room and production hall.
• Master User of SAP QM Module and implementing at plant.
• Enforce Trade Age program of the filled product and FIFO and FEFO rule to be monitored and implemented.
• Implementation of KORE, HACCP, Food, Health, Safety and Environment Requirements at plant.
• To control the all the Production KPI’s according to Company standards i.e. SLE, OEE, RM yields, SAP modules operations, planning and MRP (Material requirement planning).
• Implementation of TCCMS, ISO, HSE and FSMS certification following company guide lines.
• 5S implementation to ensure a safe, clean and efficient working environment.
• SWOT analysis for system evaluation, problems identification and system improvement.
• Improve Productivity by using Integrated Quality and Productivity improvement tools, Fish Bone analysis, PDCA cycle,5W etc.
• Keeping liaison for market and warehouse samples evaluation and report for quality improvement of total produced as well as sales weighted product including testing of claim products.
• Raw Materials planning with defined inventory levels for smooth operations.
• Leading and managing all warehouse operations at site in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner, ensuring customer focus and meeting company’s requirement.
• Quality Assurance of Incoming Materials i.e. Raw Material and Auxiliary Materials as per company specifications and monitoring & ensuring the calibration of lab equipments internally and externally.
• Ensure traceability and analysis of all QA staffs performance and responsibilities.
• Ensure and monitoring complete Micro Biological testing and necessary corrective actions to reduce and eliminate micro load.
